Lehigh Valley Dermatology Associates offer complete dermatologic skin care services, including care of all medical skin diseases, microscopically controlled (Mohs) for skin cancers, allergy patch testing for contact dermatitis and phototherapy for psoriasis.

Lehigh Valley Dermatology's psoriasis phototherapy section is very complete with the most advanced phototherapy systems, including two UV cabinets that emit all therapeutic wavelengths of light, including PUVA, broadband and narrowband UVB light. We also utilize the DuaLightâ„¢ high output UV emitting device as well as the latest and most advanced excimer laser for psoriasis, the Pharos laser from Ra Medical Systems, California. We also have a hand and foot narrowband UVB and PUVA unit in our phototherapy section.

We are able to perform fairly detailed and complex contact dermatitis patch testing with our very complete indexed contact allergens. We also have a working relationship, in cases of difficult to find allergens with Dr. James Marks, Chairman of the Dermatology Department at Penn State Hershey, who is an internationally recognized expert in contact dermatitis.

Our certified Mohs surgery lab is quite updated and virtually all invasive skin cancers, including basal cell, squamous cell and melanoma cancers and, as a result can be handled in our office. When necessary, we maintain a referral network with the surgical oncology group at St. Luke's Hospital. This group, lead by nationally recognized melanoma researcher, Dr. Lee Riley, provides the latest state of the art care for invasive skin cancers and particularly melanoma patients.

Cosmetic services are provided off site by Dr. Vasily at Aesthetic Cosmetic and Laser Surgery Center, one of the nation's premiere cosmetic laser centers. All laser cosmetic services, including laser hair removal, laser treatment of brown spots, wrinkles, blood vessels, birthmarks, etc., as well as skin rejuvenation are performed at Aesthetica.
